I am willing to try just about anything once...I mean within reason. Venison Jerky ( dried meat) I had once was good but overall the meat tastes to Gamey for me unless its cooked just right.

I don't care for deer meat unless its cooked in like Chili or Spagetti suace. I don't like the taste of deer steaks or summer sausage.
